When will I get the bonus gift that came with my membership?
As a member of The Big Parade, you'll receive an exclusive yearly bonus gift. 2019 gifts will ship in February, 2020. If you need to update your address, please do so by January, 29th.
What if I need to update my address?
You can now edit your shipping address in your Profile! Here's how:
- Go to Profile
- Click Edit Profile
- Scroll to the bottom, where SHIPPING ADDRESS is and update!
