If you purchased a Pre-Show Experience or Merchandise Package for The Lumineers, you will receive an email at least one week prior to the event with instructions on how to redeem all elements of your order. If you have purchased this package less than 2 weeks prior to the show, you will receive an informational email 24 - 72 hours prior to the show with the details about the VIP program.
