Returned merchandise is received by our office, which will be closed from 12/21-1/4. Returns mailed to us in that window of time will be held and delivered to us once we reopen. We will contact you when we receive your merchandise and will request applicable refunds on your behalf at that time. Refunds are then reviewed by our corporate office, which reopens 1/10. We are extending our usual 30 day return policy to account for these delays and make sure that you are able to return holiday orders if necessary.
